Ведущему российскому производителю упаковочного оборудования, в том числе и для молочной промышленности, -НПП «Зонд-Пак» в марте исполняется 20 лет! История его создания типична: в начале 1990-х годов, в разгар неплатежей и бартерных отношений, от администрации Челябинской области был получен заказ на изготовление партии автоматов для розлива молока, которые предназначались сельхозпроизводителям. Для реализации данного задания сотрудниками оборонных предприятий и было создано НПП «Зонд». В дальнейшем, в том числе и с подачи покупателей, название было изменено на НПП «Зонд-Пак». Сегодня это известный бренд и зарегистрированный товарный знак.

Значительная часть энергозатрат при производстве, переработке молока и обращении на рынке готовой продукции приходится на холодильную цепочку. С учетом износа холодильных установок, требующих замены, перед многими предприятиями стоит вопрос модернизации и внедрения современных систем холодоснабжения. Рынок промышленного и коммерческого холода в России характеризуется большой емкостью, а его структура - снижением доли оборудования отечественного производства и ростом импорта. При этом среди российских компаний доминируют те, которые занимаются сборкой холодильных установок из импортных комплектующих, что представляет собой скрытую иностранную конкуренцию. С вхождением России в ВТО эта тенденция сохранится.

Spheric particles from biologically valuable milk proteins were created. The technology comprises regulation of protein particles sizes by starting and interrupting protein molecules coagulation process. Synbiotic drink with fucose
摘要
A new functional product - symbiotic drink with fucose is presented. Organoleptic, physical-chemical indices and chemical composition of the product received were studied. Existing physical-chemical and chromatography methods were used to investigate rheological properties, carbohydrates, mineral and amino acids composition of the drink. Information is given also about bifidogenous activity of the symbiotic drink.
