Principle requirements to maintenance of water supplying constructions, duties of individual businessmen and juridical persons using water supplying systems and controlling them according to the program developed are considered in the article.

Stages of classic preparation of water for industrial purposes are considered. Special features, regimes and principle calculations are also outlined.

Methods saving resources at regeneration of cleaning solutions used to wash machinery systems and communications at milk processing enterprises are considered.

Comparing characteristic of dairy and meat industries waste waters cleaning by biosorbtion method is given in the article. Actinomicete Streptomyces chromogenes s.g. 0832 was applied as a bioflocculent.

Advantages of the homogenizing head for the homogenizers Tetra Alex, offered by the company Tetra Pak are discussed.

Membrane filtration is widely applied in versions spheres, and 4 of the principle types of filtration are known today: micro-, ultra-, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis and more often combined. As a result possibilities to use membrane methods are constantly widening.

Possible applications of permeates treated by electrodialysis method and spheres of their using in practice are considered.

Ведущему российскому производителю упаковочного оборудования, в том числе и для молочной промышленности, -НПП «Зонд-Пак» в марте исполняется 20 лет! История его создания типична: в начале 1990-х годов, в разгар неплатежей и бартерных отношений, от администрации Челябинской области был получен заказ на изготовление партии автоматов для розлива молока, которые предназначались сельхозпроизводителям. Для реализации данного задания сотрудниками оборонных предприятий и было создано НПП «Зонд». В дальнейшем, в том числе и с подачи покупателей, название было изменено на НПП «Зонд-Пак». Сегодня это известный бренд и зарегистрированный товарный знак.

Значительная часть энергозатрат при производстве, переработке молока и обращении на рынке готовой продукции приходится на холодильную цепочку. С учетом износа холодильных установок, требующих замены, перед многими предприятиями стоит вопрос модернизации и внедрения современных систем холодоснабжения. Рынок промышленного и коммерческого холода в России характеризуется большой емкостью, а его структура - снижением доли оборудования отечественного производства и ростом импорта. При этом среди российских компаний доминируют те, которые занимаются сборкой холодильных установок из импортных комплектующих, что представляет собой скрытую иностранную конкуренцию. С вхождением России в ВТО эта тенденция сохранится.

Results of the study undertaken with the aim to develop technologies for receiving new types of fermented milk product with buckwheat and rice flours addition are discussed.

Possible activities of the Russian food producing enterprises including dairies under the terms of the Customs Union and the World Trade Organization are discussed. One of them is considered to be application of milk fat replacers that do not contain fatty acids trans-isomers.

A brief review of the food machinery and packaging exhibition that took place in the town Herning, Denmark in November 2012 is given.
