Complex solutions from the Russkaya Trapeza
Resumo
Complex solutions starting from the PET tare blowing and ending with the group packaging of the finish product offered by the company Russkaya Trapeza are based on the equipment of the leading Eastern-European producers PakPromet and Carbo Concept. Similar equipment successfully operates in the East and West European markets and complies with the highest existing requirements to filling milk products in the PET tare.

Functional fermented milk product from the mare and cow milks mixture
Resumo
Production of the fermented milk product from the mixture of mare and cow milks coagulated with streptococcus acidophilus that allows improve beneficial characteristics of the product is offered. Optimal ratio of mare's and cow milks has been found and mild regime of the milks mixture pasteurizing has been established with the account of special features of the mare's milk biochemical composition.

Yogurts prepared from goat milk of different breeds and genotypes
Resumo
Composition and characteristics of the milks received from the goats of various breeds (Zaannenskaya, Alpine and Nubian) having different genotypes according to the beta-lactoglobulin gene has been studied. Quality characteristics of the yogurts produced from the goat milks as well as yogurts from cow milk have been evaluated and compared.
