Во время прямой линии с Президентом России в апреле текущего года этнический британец, известный владимирский фермер Джон Кописки, получив слово, заговорил о трудностях производства молока в России и плохой статистике. В ответ В.В. Путин заявил, что знает о ситуации в отрасли, что «закупочные цены на молоко ниже себестоимости. Это создает проблемы - это данные статистики. У меня нет основания не доверять этим данным. Вопрос в том, что сделать, чтобы улучшить ситуацию ?» На вечный вопрос «Что делать?» сами животноводы тоже пока не нашли ответа, хотя предложений (порой невыполнимых) озвучивается много.

International seminar in Belarus

Abstract

С 14 по 18 апреля Межотраслевой информационно-консультационный центр «Молинформ» совместно с ОАО «Милкавита» провели научно-практический семинар для специалистов молочной отрасли. Мероприятие проходило в г. Гомеле, где расположен молочный завод «Милкавита» - одно из крупнейших, высокотехнологичных молокоперерабатывающих предприятий Республики Беларусь. На семинаре рассматривались актуальные для отрасли вопросы - современные технологии переработки, позволяющие использовать все компоненты молочного сырья, увеличение выхода продукции, получение дополнительной рентабельности на производстве. В рамках семинара состоялись технические экскурсии на молочный комбинат «Милкавита», Полесский производственный участок (производство сыров), молочно-товарный комплекс «Большевик». На мероприятие в Гомель приехали руководители и специалисты молочных предприятий из России, Белоруссии, Казахстана, Украины, представители ведущих российских и зарубежных компаний - производителей технологического и упаковочного оборудования, ингредиентов, моющих средств, ведущие ученые. Постоянные участники различных конференций и семинаров для специалистов отрасли - представители журналов «Молочная промышленность», «Сыроделие и маслоделие». Всего в работе семинара приняло участие более 60 человек. На открытии семинара, который проходил в конференц-зале предприятия «Милкавита», с приветственным словом выступили генеральный директор компании «Молинформ» В.А. Фролова и генеральный директор ОАО «Милкавита» В.С. Гомолко.

Rational concentrations of the disinfecting agents causing bacteriophages inactivation, lysing lactic acid bacteria applied in the starters for production of the fermented milk products were established. It was found that to reduce quantities of bacteriophages contaminating equipment concentration of the acting substances (peracetic acid) in the disinfecting solutions should be not less than 0,05 %.
