Efficient method of heat exchange
Аннотация
Experimental and calculating investigations carried out with the aim to find solutions improving energy efficiency of the heat exchanging plants in the dairy sector are outlined. It is advisable to use the Fild tubes for increasing energy efficiency of the heat exchanging devices as far as the latter ones are considered to be more efficient as compared with the straight tubes.

Protection of equipment from overheating
Аннотация
In article protection with use of the relay which reacts to temperature of the electric motor irrespective of the overheat reasons is considered. Relay possibilities are listed. Timing diagrams of work of the relay are given. The scheme of inclusion of the relay is developed for the control of temperature of three engines simultaneously at the expense of use of three recorderes, the detailed description of the scheme is made.
