Enriched acidophilic drink
Abstract
The technology of the acidophilic drink enriched with some products of bee-keeping and oligofructose has been developed. The acid formation process in the drink with added supplements makes it possible to reduce time of fermentation by 2 hours. The supplements applied promote vitamins B1, B2 and E synthesis in the course of storing.

Vegetable raw material in the aerated products
Abstract
Impacts of the 4 types of pure on the foam forming characteristics of the milk protein concentrates have been considered. It was found that increase of the apple pure dose is a factor reducing density of gas-liquid system irrespective of the mass share of protein in the milk protein concentrate. Addition of the pure in the quantities not exceeding 50 % stabilizes gas-liquid disperse systems with mass share of protein 6 and 9 %.Optimal concentration of protein in the gas-iquid disperse systems with vegetable pure has been established.

Abstract
Technological process for receiving dry product that contains milk, filled in small packs has been developed. The product is characterized by improved nutritive and biological values, stability in the process of storage and is intended for feeding people in the autonomous living.
