FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT OF MEDICAL NARCOTIC AND PSYCHOTROPIC DRUGS AVAILABILITY IS A FACTOR OF SOCIAL HUMANIZATION

Kaminskaya I.A.

Abstract

The article discusses approaches to formation of system availability of narcotic and psychotropic drugs for medical purposes at the present stage. Nearly a half-century policy formation of provision process of essential medicines required special control measures based on prohibitions, restrictions and additional charges led to a complete crisis in health care system. The new strategic orientation of legislative initiatives can greatly facilitate the availability of opioid drugs therapy at all stages of medical care.

STUDY OF SEXUAL BEHAVIOR AND SPERMATOGENESIS IN MALE RATS WITH EXPERIMENTAL MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY

Getmanenko A.Y., Bugaeva L.I., Spasov A.A., Lebedeva S.A., Kuzubova E.A., Maltsev M.S.

Abstract

Sexual motivation and state of spermatogenesis in male rats with experimentally induced alimentary deficiency of magnesium have been studied. An increase in the level of proceptive and reducing of receptive sexual motivation in the hypomagnesemic state. It was noted an increased number of degenerative and immobile forms of spermatozoa, as well as degenerative processes in the epithelium of the seminiferous tubules (inhibition of meiotic activity, growth in the number of tubules with desquamated epithelium) and decreased spermatogenesis index.

THE FEATURES OF PHENIBUTUM INFLUENCE ON PARAMETERS OF BLOOD SYSTEM CIRCULATION AND MECHANISM FORMATION FOR MAINTAINING BLOOD PRESSURE

Likhodeeva V.A., Spasov A.A., Mandrikov V.B., Isupov I.B., Babashev A.E.

Abstract

The article presents the results of studying the features of phenibutum influence on parameters of blood system circulation and formation of mechanisms for maintaining blood pressure of swimmers aged 10-12 years with disadaptation symptoms and to the information received. For measuring and recording of hemodynamic parameters the tetrapolar rheography method was used. It is shown that a number of age-specific cardiovascular system characteristics in the control group and in the group of placebo were significantly less represented in the literature. At the same time the pumping function of heart in these groups was determined mainly by heart activity and slightly - vascular component. Between TPR and: pump, inotropic function of heart and myocardial contractility and capacity of the left ventricle (respectively) revealed significant negative relationship, which indicated that the predominant role of the heart and small - of the vascular component in the maintenance of blood pressure. At the same time as the disadaptated swimmers who took phenibutum the heart pumping indicators were normalized. This occurred to a greater extent due to the significant increase in the contribution of inotropic component in maintaining blood pressure. The correlation analysis makes possible come to conclusion that the pumping function of heart at the same time kept largely cardiac output, myocardial contractility, heart rate capacity. A significant contribution to the maintenance of optimal blood pressure has brought the capacity of left ventricle. Between the peripheral vascular resistance and: pumping function of heart, myocardial was found negative relationship.

Beburishvili A.G., Zubina E.N., Vedenin Y.I., Oleynik O.S.

Abstract

For the period from 2010 to 2015 a retrospective analysis of medical records of patients with the obstructive jaundice of benign and tumor etiology who were treated in surgical departments of hospitals of Volgograd. A clinical-epidemiological analysis has allowed to define the nosological structure of obstructive jaundice in the Volgograd region at the moment. Diseases of organs of hepatopancreatobiliary zone, complicated by the development of obstructive cholestasis, often affecting women, predominantly of retirement age. Among the etiological factors in the development of obstructive jaundice, the proportion of neoplastic diseases. The main reason for benign obstructive jaundice remains choledocholithiasis, rarely combined with calculous cholecystitis and/or stenosis of major duodenal papilla. In the period 2010-2015 in the Volgograd region there is an increase in the number of patients with obstructive jaundice 54,7 %, which led to the increase in operational activity in the treatment of patients with obstructive jaundice from 71,8 % in 2010 to 93,6 % in 2015. Range of surgical interventions in patients with obstructive jaundice currently have changed, however, the number of performed minimal invasive decompression interventions and radical resections is not enough.

Bykova N.I., Kobylkina T.L., Lajpanova F.M., Adamchik A.A.

Abstract

The article is devoted to study the activity of redox enzymes and fosfatnykh in granulomas removed from patients suffering from chronic granulomatous periodontitis. Just studied 67 granulomas, taken after tooth extraction of the relevant indications. It is established that in the early phases of the development of granulomatous periodontitis have seen increased activity of redox, and fosfatnykh glycolytic enzymes in the cells of the epithelium, connective tissue, membrane and fibrous structures of the blood vessel wall granulomas. Exacerbation of chronic granulomatous periodontitis are associated with increased vascular permeability, increased activity of redox, fosfatnykh enzymes in the cell membrane and fibrous structures.

Abstract

The article assess morphological changes in the vascular wall, and in particular in modeling in the endothelium of L-NAME induced endothelial dysfunction. It is shown that for 7 days of the experience, he starts a pilot injection N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), develop changes submicroscopic architectonic endothelial cells, resulting in endothelial dysfunction occurs. The leading element in the development of vascular diseases at the ultrastructural level is mitochondrial failure of endothelial cells. The selected method of L-NAME-induced endothelial pathology is characterized by high reproducibility and adequate results.

Detected signs of circulatory disorders: stasis, congestion, swelling, pyknotic deformation and perikarionic hyperchromia of cytoplasm. A significant reduction of the specific density of neurons, a significant increase in the relative amount of damaged neurons, significant increase in HSP 70 expression in cells of the pyramidal layer of the CA1, CA2, CA3 and CA4 zones of hippocampus, and there was a significant increase in the expression of HSP 90 in the CA1 zone, and tendency to increase HSP expression 90 in CA4 zone, indicating the activation of the adaptive neuroprotective mechanisms in the modeling hypertensive encephalopathy.

Abstract

The article describes the effectiveness of topical treatment of herpes labialis in children. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of 5 % acyclovir cream was higher at the beginning of the treatment in the prodromal period. 1 % penciclovir cream (both in the prodromal period and acute stage) was reported to be the most effective. Both drugs reduce the severity of clinical manifestations of herpes labialis; however, they fail to prevent further episodes of herpes labialis.

CLINICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PERIODONTAL DISEASES IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH DIABETES MELLITUS

Alexandrov Y.I.

Abstract

Many studies have reported the evidence supporting the link between diabetes and periodontal diseases. It was established that diabetes mellitus is associated with significant vascular abnormalities, metabolic and immune disorders which result in abnormal pregnancy and substantial deterioration of dental and periodontal health. To date, the association between oral microflora and the causes of periodontal diseases in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus has not been well established. The development of new approaches to the prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus is one of the priorities of modern dentistry.

Abstract

In routine clinical practice, rivaroxaban-treated patients had a lower risk profile at baseline than those treated with standard anticoagulation. Propensity score-adjusted results confirm that rivaroxaban is a safe and effective alternative to standard anticoagulation therapy in a broad range of patients. Rates of major bleeding and recurrent venous thromboembolism were low in rivaroxaban-treated patients and consistent with phase 3 fi ndings.
