An assessment of the reproductive function in 87 women with hypothalamic syndrome, residing in the Astrakhan region, aged from 19 to 32. An analysis of the survey results showed that 72,4% of patients have abnormalities of menstrual and reproductive functions. Hypomenstrual and hypermenstrual syndromes as well as reproductive primary infertility and miscarriage prevail in the structure of menstrual dysfunctions.

The metabolic ratio (N-demetilivabradine/ivabradine) was studied in plasma and urine samples of volunteers after a single oral ivabradine administration (10 mg). The methabolic ratio (N-demetilivabradine/ivabradine) can be used for CYP3A4 activity determination.

In our clinical trial we revealed a high rate of hypomagnesemia in the group of patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 (72,55 %). Moreover, we discovered a correlation between a decreasing of erythrocytal and plasma magnesium level, and an increasing of severity and duration of diabetes mellitus type 2.

A comparative analysis of lifestyle of girls studying at schools and colleges was carried out.

Validation of flavonoids in Inula britannica herb was performed using a quantitative determination technique. The validation showed that all parameters fit into permissible ranges , the developed technique allows stable and statistically significant results. Consequently, the developed technique is valid in accordance with the following parameters: specificity, flatness, analytical area, correctness and repeatability. Thus, it can be used for quantitative determination of flavonoids in the studied herbal raw material.

Numerous concepts of deviant, deviating behavior - from biogenetic to cultural and historical ones - are known. Among the causes of various deviations we distinguish social and psychological, psychologic pedagogical, and psycho-biological factors. In this article we consider the role of biological, in particular perinatal, factors in formation of deviant behavior.

This paper presents major ultrastructural changes of hypothalamic nuclei in modeling of nutritional deficiency of magnesium for 8 weeks. We revealed a prevalence of reversible damage of mitochondria, protein-synthesizing unit of cells, structural manifestations of myelin damage.

180 patients with exogenous-organic disorders were examined alongside with 140 individuals who did not have any psychiatric diseases. It was found that individual features of temperament of the patients with exogenous-organic disorders mostly determine human adaptive functions. There are criteria that may have a negative influence on social adaptation: such types of temperament as choleric and melancholic.

A study of the incidence of congenital heart defects is an urgent problem of modern medicine, because it is a base of development of cardiac surgery assistance. It is necessary to introduce a register and monitoring of congenital heart defects to optimize the account of patients with this pathology.

An experimental study of the reaction of mesenteric lymph nodes to the effects of anthropogenic electromagnetic fields was carried out. The phasic type of reaction of lymphoid nodules areas of mesenteric lymph nodes was observed by increasing the duration of the experiment. The significance of the impact of alternating electromagnetic field of industrial frequency defining the nature of the described morphological changes of mesenteric lymph nodes is shown, depending on the time of exposure, with the most pronounced changes in planimetric parameters observed upon exposure to an alternating electromagnetic field of industrial frequency up to 14 days.

We observed 1102 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding. As a result of complex treatment of this group of patients according to our algorithm we observed a reduced number of recurrent bleeding episodes from 18,0 to 2,3 %, a reduced number of operated patients from 37,6 to 3,1 %; the overall mortality rate decreased from 6,1 to 2 %.

The work presents results of qualitative and quantitative studies of structural changes of the liver tissue using radio frequency ablation. There are classified criteria given which provide a means of evaluating the nature of morphological changes in radiation exposure taking into consideration the damage and compensation.

The authors examined maternal mortality rates and causes of maternal deaths in hospitals of the Department of Health in Moscow from 2001 to 2011. Maternal mortality rate in Moscow has decreased by to 1,7 times since 2001, but this indicator is higher than in the Russian Federation by to 1.4 times. The leading cause of maternal death in hospitals in Moscow is medical co-morbidities. The greater part of dead women (more than 50 %) came from unfavourable social conditions and were inhabitants from other regions of Russian Federation and citizens of foreign countries.

We performed a study and rehabilitation of 120 patients with cerebral palsy and spastic dysplegia. In the basic group (60 children) we added original adaptive motion trainers to the complex therapy. The efficiency of therapy in the categories of general motion, self-service, playing was higher in the group with motion trainers. In conclusion, it seems necessary to further develop methods of treatment and rehabilitation of disabled children.

The study of 67 patients with acute pancreatitis was performed by randomization. Group I of 33 patients who received nutritional support within 48 hours after surgery; group II of 34 patients receiving nutrition supplement perioperatively. Clinical efficacy of the method of preserving the main parameters of homeostasis was established.

Findings of clinical psychological studies of mental development disorders in children with paroxysmal seizures of epileptic and non-epileptic origin are presented in the article. Plausible mechanisms of the disorders development are analyzed.

The paper demonstrates that the indices of pulsation and resistance show high values of sensitivity and specificity; they are comparable with the data of morphologic study. They can be used separately as well as together so as to improve the precision of the method.

The efficiency of surgical correction of cervical insufficiency depending on the week of gestation has been performed. We recommend the optimum point at which cervical cerclage should be performed.
