DYNAMICS OF THE FUNCTIONAL CONDITION OF MICROCIRCULATION IN TOPICALLY TREATED INFLAMMATORY AND DESTRUCTIVE DISEASES OF ORAL CAVITY

Firsova I.V., Poroyskaya A.V., Makedonova Y.A., Trigolos N.N.

Abstract

The study of microcirculatory disorders revealed when various dental diseases are topically treated is of great importance for the current clinical practice. The number of patients with lichen planus of the oral mucosa is increasing, the disease is long-term and chronic, the success rate of the existing treatments of this disease is low and there is a risk of malignanization. All these factors necessitate a search for new highly effective drugs which have a stable therapeutic effect in the shortest possible time. We used laser Doppler flowmetry to demonstarte the dynamics of the functional state of oral microcirculation 6 months after the treatment of erosive - ulcerative lesions with drugs differing in composition and properties. All patients were divided into 3 groups: I - traditional treatment, II - combination of TIZOL and L-arginine composition, III - autohemotherapy. We provided evidence and proved the effectiveness of introducing platelet autoplasma injections and TIZOL and L-arginine combination in the treatment regimen.

CEREBRAL BLOOD CIRCULATION IN YOUNG PEOPLE EXPOSED TO COMBINED STRESS EFFECTS

Isupov I.B., Mandrikov V.B., Likhodeeva V.A., Bukova K.A., Klimanova M.N.

Abstract

Changes in the total pulse blood filling of the cerebral circulation, the tone of the cerebral arteries of various diameters, and the venous outflow condition were studied. It was found that when exposed to examination stress, the hemodynamic effects of the orthostatic test are insignificant, in comparison with the conditions of the psychoemotional rest. A significant decrease in the tone of the small cerebral arteries caused by the examination procedure is associated with functional disorders of cerebral venous outflow. These changes in hemodynamics may act as a trigger in development of regional angiodystonia.
