The task of development of a simulation model of automatic control system of the working body of the Stacker is considered with the use of Matlab & Simulink program. The proposed method of modeling of adaptive systems of control of nonlinear dynamic objects, on the example of the tracker system of a stacker, with the account of dynamics of processes in the drive, in which the operating deviations decrease.

Abstract

In the article the results of working out of technical shape of LOX-LH2 Expander Cycle Liquid Rocket Engine (LRE) for expandable Orbital Transfer Vehicle, by means of mathematical model of multi-criteria optimization of design pa- rameters, are described. As the criteria of optimization, the maximum weight of a payload and the minimum specific cost of transferring of a payload into a target orbit, are chosen. The calculation of optimum design parameters of LRE for expandable Orbital Transfer Vehicle for four problems of orbital transfer, defined in the characteristic speeds of inter-orbital transition, is resulted: 2500 km/s, 3500 km/s, 4800 km/s and 7000 km/s. On the received optimum design parameters, the design parameters of units of LRE are calculated and the technical shape is constructed.

Abstract

Prospects of use of digital processing of signals in satellite communication systems are considered. It is shown that digital processing allows to enlarge an energy potential of radio lines and to increase the general throughput of satel- lite communication systems at the expense of introduction of new types of signal-code designs, an asynchronous method of switching of packages and regeneration of signals on the board a space vehicle. Besides, application of digital proc- essing is perspective for arrangement of communication in difficult radio-electronic conditions. The new kind of sig- nals, which allow to increase noise immunity of a radio channel is offered.

Федеративное устройство России придает регионам страны особую значимость в ее социально- экономическом развитии. Это предполагает острую необходимость укрепления всей системы межрегиональ- ных связей, где важное место принадлежит транспорту, в том числе авиации, которая для многих наших территорий выступает единственным средством перемещения грузов и пассажиров. Кризис отечественного авиапрома здесь сказывается особенно болезненно, что и требует принятия на самых верхних эшелонах нашей власти эффективных мер по радикальной корректировке стратегии развития отечественного авиастроения, используя механизм государственно-частного партнерства.
