ASSESSMENT OF FUNCTIONAL STATE AND PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS OF CADETS OF UNIVERSITIES OF THE FEDERAL PENITENTIARY SERVICE OF RUSSIA

Avramenko V.I., Dudus A.N., Kushnirchuk I.I.

Abstract

Studies have shown the low effectiveness of the existing physical training program for cadets of higher educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. It was established that most cadets become full-fledged specialists only after a certain time after graduating from higher educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. Breaking the usual stereotype of life, being in a new team, increased physical and mental stress, strict regime, the need for unconditional obedience and fulfillment of other requirements lead to the fact that the first weeks or even months of service in the FSIN of Russia are quite difficult. They have increased morbidity, nervous breakdowns, a slight decrease in memory, attention, mental activity, and difficulties in interpersonal communication.

HYGIENIC DIAGNOSTICS OF RISK FACTORS FOR VARICOSE DISEASE IN MILITARY SERVICE

Alekseev P.E., Belousov D.A.

Abstract

Varicose veins of the lower extremities is one of the most common pathologies of the cardiovascular system, affecting 30% of the adult population. Military personnel are at risk, because during the performance of military duties they are for a long time in a standing position or in a sitting position, which are factors in the development of varicose veins. One of the measures of primary prevention can be physical therapy and wearing preventive compression hosiery. In athletes with signs of chronic venous insufficiency, sports compression hosiery has proven itself in reducing the symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency, especially in combination with physiotherapy. The issue of primary prevention of varicose veins among military personnel has not been widely studied, therefore, there is a need for field studies of effective preventive measures.

SUDDEN DEATH IN SPORT: REASONS, FREQUENCY OF APPEARANCE AND PREVENTION

Alimsultanov I.I., Krainyukov I.P.

Abstract

The article provides a review of the literature of sudden death in sports under excessive stress. The average statistics, causes and circumstances of cardiac death in athletes from 13 to 35 years old are considered. Sudden cardiac death (SCD) among athletes remains one of the most serious and urgent problems of modern sports medicine, which usually causes a negative reaction from society and the media. Every year, 1 million athletes account for 1 to 5 cases of sudden cardiac death. Based on the scientific literature data, two main groups of measures for the prevention of SD in sports were identified: the first - measures for the prevention of aircraft that are not dependent on the athlete (compliance with safety measures when organizing trainings, competitions in terms of injury prevention, compliance with sanitary and hygienic conditions) and the second - recommendations to the athlete himself

INFLUENCE OF SWIMMING IN FASTERS ON THE ORGANISM OF PUPILS OF GENERAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE MO RF

Antonov A.V., Dräger D.I., Sivashenko P.P.

Abstract

Swimming in flippers, in comparison with other types of physical exercises, is distinguished by its characteristic features, which boil down to the following - in the process of swimming, the athlete performs movements when he is in the aquatic environment, excluding any solid support. Due to this position of the body, the motor abilities of a person increase, which improves their development. In this case, the mobility of almost all parts of the body increases, and the organs and systems of the body develop and strengthen. In adolescents, the difference in maximum oxygen consumption at different levels of fitness is less pronounced than in adults. Adolescents reach the maximum level of oxygen consumption faster, but cannot maintain it for a long time. The possibilities of anaerobic (oxygen-free) metabolism in adolescents are limited. The total energy expenditure for performing work of equal volume in adolescents is higher than in adults and is accompanied by the formation of a large oxygen debt and, accordingly, a large accumulation of lactic acid. In adolescents, blood sugar is reduced faster. Scuba diving is widely used as a means of hardening and preventing colds. Due to the increased heat transfer in water, the metabolism in the body is activated, energy consumption increases. This helps to achieve optimal weight, the optimal ratio of adipose and muscle tissue. Water pressure on the chest stimulates the development of respiratory muscles, mobility of the chest, increase its size, increase the vital capacity of the lungs. Swimming in fins harmoniously develops physical qualities - strength, agility, endurance. Tube breathing stimulates the development of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

TECHNIQUE FOR INDEPENDENT WAYS OF SWIMMING AND BASIS OF TRAINING

Antonov A.V., Maltseva A.A., Vazhenin Y.A., Taranenko D.V.

Abstract

The article discusses the features of distinctive swimming methods, the main methodological techniques used in the learning process of various swimming methods. When learning to swim, it is necessary to resort to such methodological techniques as facilitating and complicating the conditions for performing exercises, performing movements at a slow pace, and using landmarks. Facilitating the learning environment, teachers conduct classes in a shallow place across the pool, use assistive devices, etc. Performing exercises at a slow pace allows the beginner to become more familiar with their shape, better master the coordination of movements, which is difficult to achieve when swimming at a fast pace. Short-term study of exercises in complicated conditions facilitates their implementation in simplified conditions. For example, after trying to overcome the crawl 25 m along the pool, it is much easier for a novice to cope with the task of swimming across the pool across the same way (15 m), and after completing an exercise in swimming with feet without a board, students better swim with a board, etc. Distinguish between visual and auditory landmarks. Visual landmarks can be teacher gestures, dark lines at the bottom of the pool, transverse lines at the bottom and squares on the walls, flags above the water, and much more. Auditory guidelines include the teacher’s signals (voice or whistle), fixing the beginning or end of any element or movement cycle as a whole. Using all of the above material, conducting swimming lessons will be an interesting and productive process, both for the teacher and for students. Everyone will take something useful from such activities.

Bogatyrev R.V., Selkin F.E., Fedorin S.V.

Abstract

The article presents the results of research by the authors to identify the general body reserves of officers of the FSIN of Russia after duty. It was established that a high level of adaptive reserves of the body of officers of all age groups suggests that the body's capabilities, which ensure the body's adaptation to physical activity, are at a high level and are an indicator of the health of officers. This is confirmed by the results. The identification of the general reserves of the officers' body made it possible to determine that their body has great potential, however, it is necessary to train it based on the use of optimal physical exertion to restore and increase performance after duty. The body of officers adapted to physical exertion of varying degrees is able to withstand emotional stress during actions during duty and during intensive professional activities.

CONTENTS OF THE MODEL OF PHYSICAL PREPARATION OF OFFICERS OF FSIN AFTER DUTY

Bogatyrev R.V., Selkin F.E., Sivashchenko P.P.

Abstract

The article presents the results of the authors' studies on the substantiation of the physical training model of FSIN officers after duty. It was established that the expansion of the functional reserves of the body of officers can be achieved on the basis of the adaptive multi-level restructuring of its structure to physical exertion. At the cellular level, these processes are due to an increase in the number of actively working elements of the muscle structure to the total number of existing ones. At the level of individual organs and systems, an increase in functional reserves occurs due to an increase in the power and efficiency of individual components, and a decrease in the relative energy costs during their operation. At the level of the whole organism, reserves expand the possibilities of solving a wide range of tasks of increased complexity in extreme conditions. As a result of the restructuring of the work of organs and systems of the body, new mechanisms for the restoration of officers of the FSIN are formed.

ASSESSMENT OF FLUID LOSS BY SERVICEMEN OF 35 YEARS UNDER EXERTION AND METHODS FOR REPLENISHING IT DURING EXERCISE AND DURING RECOVERY

Vorobyov I.A., Pluzhnikov D.K.

Abstract

For a number of military specialties, frequent physical activities, during which the body loses a large amount of water and ions, are important aspects of the daily activities of military personnel. To maintain homeostasis during intense physical exertion, a complete replenishment of the physiological losses of the body is required. According to the results of the study, it was found that depending on the performed loads, climatic conditions, etc., the human body needs a different amount of water and ions. At rest, at an air temperature of 27 ° C, 3 liters of water is enough. On average, military personnel should consume ≈ 4.3 liters of water, with increasing loads, this figure increases. One of the important tasks of the medical service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is to ensure the life safety of military personnel in performing various tasks, including during physical training, as well as in the performance of daily and combat missions. To maintain a normal state, water consumption standards were developed for military personnel of older age groups. The implementation of these standards is often difficult, therefore, modern means have been developed to replenish water and ions as isotonic drinks. In this article, we present the results of a study of fluid loss in an experimental group consisting of 10 military officers of the 3rd and 4th age groups of the Military Medical Academy, and also consider the methodology for replenishing water and ions during and after physical exertion.

SYSTEMIC APPROACH IN PREVENTION OF CORONAVIRUS INFECTION IN FITNESS CENTERS: MEASURES OF PUBLIC AND PERSONAL HYGIENE

Gavrilov R.V., Kuznetsov S.M., Maydan V.A.

Abstract

The research is Concerned with the hygienic assessment of risk factors for the spread of coronavirus 2019-nCoV and the implementation of a systematic approach to the planning and implementation of primary prevention measures in sports clubs and fitness centers. A survey of the administration of the institution and clients of fitness centers in relation to the implementation of elements of social and personal hygiene was conducted. The results of the survey allowed us to establish an insufficient level of interaction between the relevant Executive committees, club management and citizens themselves, which significantly reduces the effectiveness of preventive measures. The lack of a systematic approach to determining critical space-time, procedural elements of the training process, as well as the lack of disinfection tools at all stages of fitness, determines a higher probability of infection with coronavirus 2019 - nCoV, which does not allow you to justify and implement the most effective prevention measures and ensure high quality and reliability of disinfection of sports equipment and premises. The obtained results indicate the need to improve the level of public hygiene in fitness centers and observe the elements of personal hygiene by athletes, as well as early detection of infected people, their isolation for the period of incubation to further reduce the risk of infection.

Formative work was carried out in the process of organizing sports events with students. The formative experiment program was discussed with sports trainers. The content and specifics of the students' sports activities at the university make it possible to reveal many issues of a healthy lifestyle, not only from an informational, but also from an emotional point of view. Studying almost every topic in physical culture and sport, it is possible to correlate it with the provisions of the psychology of human health and the organization on this basis of their own behavior. While mastering the knowledge in the discipline “Physical Culture” to a greater extent allows the formation of skills and abilities for physical self-improvement, self-esteem, self-knowledge, understanding and organizing one’s own life on the basis of health savings, sports pedagogy as a science of the laws of the pedagogical process, as the practice of training, education and management in the process of physical culture and sports activities allows us to consider the same problems in connection with interaction with other people, responsibility for x and problems of self-improvement.

THEORETICAL JUSTIFICATION OF CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN THE TEACHING STAFF AS A FACTOR IN CREATING PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS

Zyukin A.V., Storogenko I.I.

Abstract

In pedagogy and psychology, there is a multi-variant typology of conflict depending on the criteria that are taken as the basis. In relation to an individual subject, conflicts can be internal and external. The first are intrapersonal; the second are interpersonal, between a person and a group, and intergroup. The duration of the conflict can be divided into short-term and long-term. By the nature of conflicts, it is customary to divide them into objective and subjective. By their consequences: constructive and destructive. Knowing the causes and conditions of school conflicts, you can better understand the nature of the conflict itself, and therefore determine the methods of influencing it or behaviors in the process of it. The article argues for the need to manage conflicts in a modern educational organization, describes the main causes of conflicts and psychological and pedagogical conditions that affect the effectiveness of conflict management in the teaching staff.

ENDOGENIC AND EXOGENIC RISK FACTORS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF CARDIOMYOPATHY IN ATHLETES AND THEIR HYGIENIC EVALUATION

Ivashinenko F.M., Velibekov R.T.

Abstract

The study is devoted to a hygienic assessment of the influence of direct damaging factors that lead to stressful cardiomyopathy in athletes. A systematic analysis of domestic and foreign literature showed that stressful cardiomyopathy develops when the strength and duration of exposure to factors of sports activity do not correspond to the adaptive capabilities of the athlete's body. Excessive physical exertion causes an overstrain in the functioning of many organs and systems, disrupts neuroendocrine regulation and contributes to the development of pathological changes, primarily from the side of the cardiovascular system. To solve this problem, a detailed in-depth study of the pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of heart damage in athletes is required, the identification of early diagnostic criteria and the development of preventive measures to prevent this disease. This will help maintain the health and physical performance of athletes with a reduced risk of sudden death.

Kalitov A.B., Kushnirchuk I.I.

Abstract

The relevance of the problem is to find the most correct and possibly the most universal means and methods of physical culture that contribute to improving the effectiveness of the process of socialization of the individual. Physical culture as a specific type of human activity can become a powerful factor of socialization. It is especially important to emphasize that in the system of cultural universal values, a high level of health and physical fitness largely determines the ability to master other values and in this sense is the basis without which the process of socialization is not effective.

Kovalenko V.N., Fofanov A.M., Kotov P.A., Kushnirchuk I.I.

Abstract

An analysis of the actions of the Armed Forces in various local wars and armed conflicts showed that there are a number of serious shortcomings in the preparation of military personnel, military units, units and command and control bodies for conducting combat operations. The personnel have weak skills in the effective use of individual and collective weapons, the choice of firing positions, their engineering equipment, guarding and camouflage, firing at night and in conditions of limited visibility, conducting anti-sniper and mine action, and operating within the units. The article discusses the content of individual program modules and reveals the existing inconsistencies - the lack of content of comprehensive control exercises. The purpose of the study is to establish the relationship of physical and tactical training of motorized riflemen to determine the content of complex control exercises. Materials and research methods. Theoretical and experimental studies were conducted with military personnel of motorized rifle units. In the course of the study, a survey of military personnel was carried out, an analysis of the professional activities of the military personnel was carried out, and on its basis the content of complex control exercises was determined. The analysis shows that the module "Single training" provides for verification of military personnel for 46 exercises, the module "Defense" - for 17 exercises and the standard of complex control exercises as part of the unit. The “Offensive” module for 17 exercises and the implementation of the standard of complex control exercises within the unit. The “March” module for 8 exercises and the standard of complex control exercises as part of the unit. The module "Special Tasks" for the implementation of the standard of complex control exercises in the unit. Along with this combat training program, the content of the standards for comprehensive control exercises in the unit for the program modules is not provided. It is not possible to verify the level of physical fitness of military personnel at the completion of training modules for several physical training exercises (from 8 to 46). Based on all this, we consider it necessary to develop the content of comprehensive control exercises that would correspond to the target settings of the presented modules, and would be used to train and assess the level of physical fitness of military personnel.

REMOTE ISCHEMIC PRE-CONDITIONING AS A METHOD OF ADAPTATION TO PHYSICAL LOADS

Kudryashov V.S., Kim A.E.

Abstract

The first effect of ischemic preconditioning was discovered by Murry et al. in a 1986 experiment in dogs, it was shown that short-term sessions of ischemia-reperfusion (IR) reproduced by occlusion of the envelope branch of the heart significantly reduced the size of the heart attack caused by a subsequent 40-minute occlusion. Since the discovery of the phenomenon to the present, researchers have considered DIP, mainly as a way to protect organs and cells from ischemic damage in clinical practice. In the foreign literature, data have appeared on the use of the method of distant ischemic preconditioning as a non-drug method for increasing physical performance. This study launched the subsequent study of DIP as a method of increasing physical performance. A number of experiments showed a positive effect of DIP on physical performance indicators, while others, on the contrary, indicated the absence of a preconditioning effect. The dynamics of physical performance indicators was assessed using an anaerobic exercise test on a bicycle ergometer (30 s Wingate-test) 24 hours after the last pre-conditioning session and an aerobic exercise test on a bicycle ergometer (VO2 max) 48 hours and 7 days after the last pre-conditioning session. Anaerobic performance after a one-week cycle of exposure changed as follows: maximum developed power (Wpeak) increased by 11%, average power (Wawerage) - 4.3%, the level of perceived fatigue decreased by 12.1%. Aerobic performance also improved: the maximum oxygen consumption 48 hours after the last preconditioning session was 9.5% higher and by the seventh day after preconditioning it increased to 12.8% compared with the level before the application of distant preconditioning. Maximum aerobic power (Wmax) also increased by 18.5%, but decreased to 16.1% by the seventh day after exposure. As a result of the experiment, it was found that the use of the DIP protocol for five episodes of two minutes each with a two-minute subsequent reperfusion reduced the average duration of swimming in the experimental group from the background 257.8.3 ± 90.6 s. up to 156 ± 53.8 s on the fifth day and up to 170 ± 22, s. on the ninth day. The differences identified on the ninth day are statistically significant (p = 0.03). In the control group, there was no statistically significant fluctuation in the average swimming time: the background value was 258.0 ± 93 s., 285.5 ± 112.1 s on the fifth day and 247.8 ± 89.4 s. on the ninth day. According to the results of the experiments, it can be concluded that the use of DIP in the protocol with a five-fold use of ischemia adversely affects the physical performance of laboratory animals. We plan to further study the influence of DIP on performance indicators with the search for the optimal protocol for its use, in particular with a decrease in the frequency of use of ischemia and an increase in reperfusion time.

PROFESSIONAL POLYNEUROPATHY OF THE UPPER EXTREMITIES FROM PHYSICAL OVERLOAD

Kuprina N.I., Sevrukov V.V.

Abstract

The relevance of the study is caused by the need to determine diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of polyneuropathies of the upper extremities of professional etiology. The study was conducted on a sample of 71 patients who underwent in-patient examination and treatment at the occupational pathology clinic of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Scientific and Research Center for Hygiene and Public Health” from 2015 to 2019. When comparing between the control group and the group of patients with occupational polyneuropathy of the upper limbs, a statistically significant difference (p <0.05) was found between the velocity indices of the main arteries of the ulnar artery on the right hand. Conclusion: Ultrasound diagnosis of peripheral angioedema of the upper extremities of professional etiology can be based on an increase in blood flow during ultrasound. At the same time, an isolated increase in the blood flow velocity along the ulnar artery indicates the presence of professional polyneuropathy of the upper extremities on the side of the "working" hand. Objectification of the diagnosis of peripheral angioedema of the upper extremities of professional etiology using ultrasound diagnostics can be an important factor in conducting a professional examination of disability and determining the relationship of conditions labor with the occurrence of occupational disease.

Abstract

Preparing athletes for competitions is a very versatile process that includes many different aspects. From physical and psychological preparation to biomedical support and rehabilitation procedures - all this will help athletes achieve the necessary results. The key to success in any sport is competently built management. Due to it, athletes are provided with the necessary material and technical parts, competent financing and organization of the training process at various stages of preparation are built. The article discusses the formation of a management system in swimming, the impact of management on the results of athletes in competitions at various levels, as well as a comparison of various indicators in the domestic system from other countries. The main start in the life of every athlete is the Olympic Games. It is from the results of the games that one can judge the level of sport in the country as a whole. Sport, in turn, is in addition to being the most important factor in assessing social and economic well-being in the state, but also national prestige and pride. Therefore, government bodies and political parties are doing everything to ensure that sport in the country flourishes. Proceeding from this, management is the most important direction of development for improving the results of the team’s performances. Based on a study and a detailed analysis of existing management systems in various countries, we will be able to identify and recommend new aspects that have a positive effect. Thus, improving the management system, we will try to improve the results of athletes at all possible levels. As a result of the analysis of the effectiveness of the applied management methods in the training system for high-class swimmers in our country, we will be able to obtain the necessary information for the progress of all domestic swimming. However, it is necessary to consider this issue at all levels of the organization, from the national team to the university team. In the harsh modern realities, it is this aspect of training athletes that "stands at the forefront» Numerous endless scandals surrounding domestic sports can be associated precisely with miscalculations of the management of national teams.

LEGISLATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION HEALTH AND MEDICAL SUPPORT FOR PHYSICAL TRAINING AND SPORTS OF MILITARY SERVICE THE ARMED FORCES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Marin A.A., Storozhenko I.I.

Abstract

In recent years, severe injuries and even fatal cases have occurred, both among professional athletes and military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The realities today are such that most often doctors, physical education and physical training specialists grab their heads only after an injury or tragedy has already occurred. One of the main reasons for getting injured, including with fatal cases, there are deficiencies in the organization and methodology of conducting training sessions in physical training and sports. Injuries occur not only through the fault of physical training and sports specialists, but also by medical personnel, therefore medical support of physical training and sports is an obligatory part of the work of any medical and preventive organization and every medical worker.

COMPETITIVE STRESS AND INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF SPORTSMEN

Namazov A.K., Olennikova M.V., Tabolina A.V., Namazov K.A., Storogenko I.I.

Abstract

The problem of stress is currently one of the most relevant in sports psychology. Therefore, the "value" of the athlete is largely determined by his tolerance to stress. The purpose of the work is to identify specific ways of overcoming stress by athletes in competitive sports activities. The individual psychological characteristics of athletes depend on the specific content of a particular sport, on the specifics of competitive activities that exist in any sport. In order to overcome stress in sports practice, psychological support is used for the athlete, i.e., the activity of a psychologist aimed at improving or updating mental properties, processes and conditions to increase the effectiveness of the training process, prepare for competitions and performances in them. The psychological support of athletes to overcome stress consists of measures of psychodiagnostics, psychoprophylaxis and psychoregulation. Thus, the use of various means, methods and techniques of psychological preparation, based on the individual psychosomatic and personality characteristics of athletes, the specifics of their competitive activity and the prevailing stress factors of internal and external nature, contributes to the formation of the necessary personality traits responsible for successfully overcoming stress in sports competitive activity.

STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS OF ST. PETERSBURG STATE UNIVERSITY. PROF. M. A. BONCH-BRUEVICH TO PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS WITH AWARENESS IN THIS AREA

Polishchuk N.V., Sevrukov V.V.

Abstract

The formation of a socially active personality in harmony with physical development is an important condition for preparing a university graduate for professional activities in a society that develops according to the laws of a market economy. The purpose of the study: to identify the relationship between the awareness of students about sports and leisure activities with motivation for physical education and sports. The changes taking place in society and the state have clearly revealed the contradiction between the need for specialists with a high level of mobility, good physical development and a real reduction in the role of physical education and sports in the country's universities. The analysis of research materials showed that for the effective formation of motives for physical education classes, it is necessary to identify their features, as well as the system of relations of the individual to physical education. Since there are currently no direct criteria for assessing students' motivation in the field of physical education and sports, it is proposed to use a repertory grid for this purpose. The hypothesis expressed in the article was not confirmed: with an approximately equal degree of awareness of first and second year students, the degree of their motivation is noticeably different, therefore, awareness is not directly related to motivation in the field of study. One can see a preponderance towards external motivation among students of both the first and second courses. Taking into account the fact that “physical culture and sports activity, which includes students, is one of the effective mechanisms for merging social and personal interests, the formation of socially necessary individual needs” It is advisable to transform external motivation into internal, which is one of the goals of physical student education

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LOAD INTENSITY AND NUTRITION REGIME WITH FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS

Ponomarev O.I., Sivashenko P.P.

Abstract

The process of education in higher education institutions, especially in technical Universities, is characterized by a variety of forms and methods of training, high intensity of training loads, and the introduction of new technical tools. Informational and emotional stresses that accompany training make certain requirements for the health of students. Changing the sleep and nutrition regime, the inability to independently distribute their time, causes students psychoemotional discomfort. As a result, incorrect models of food, somatic and mental behavior may be formed, which in the future is the basis for the emergence and progression of various pathological conditions (Lakshin F. M., Kozhevnikova N. G., 2008). The problem of unbalanced, inadequate nutrition is very relevant in the modern world, but it has not been studied enough.

Abstract

Military personnel of motorized rifle units carry out combat missions in difficult conditions, under the influence of large, and sometimes extreme loads (emotional, physical and psychological) [1]. The complexity of the tasks solved by the military under the conditions of fundamental changes in the tactics of actions of units and subunits, the increase in physical, moral and psychological stress places high demands on the professionally important qualities of military personnel [2]. Much attention is currently being paid to improving the combat readiness of units and subunits. In general, the combat readiness of the RF Armed Forces depends on the qualitative and quantitative composition of all types of aircraft. In turn, from the combat readiness of individual units of the squad, platoon, company, etc. the combat readiness of units, formations and, in the end, in general, the RF Armed Forces [3].

SPORTS FOR HEALTH

Sapsaeva T.V., Kushnirchuk I.I.

Abstract

The article discusses the state of physical health of modern society, the negative dynamics of these changes is noted. The reasons for the decline in the quality of life are indicated, and possible ways to improve health through physical culture and sports are suggested. The concept of sport includes: health promotion; mastery of the basics of physical culture and a healthy lifestyle; achievement of an optimal level of physical qualities. In addition to influencing the physical side of human development, sport contributes to the development of a person’s psychological readiness for professional activities (dedication, inner stamina and confidence in achieving the goal). According to statistics, annually over 300 people are recognized as disabled due to osteoporosis. Of these, 76% are people of working age. In order to prevent this disease, it is necessary to fight a sedentary lifestyle [2]. Osteoporosis is not the only disease that can occur due to low physical activity. Along with it, there is also a risk of cardiovascular pathology, obesity, insomnia and sleep disturbances, neurosis-like disorders, cerebrovascular accidents, etc. In addition to personal preferences in organizing your motor activity, there are also state motives for increasing the physical performance of the country's population, all its layers. The proof of this is the many promising laws of the field of physical education and sports, adopted in the Russian Federation recently. A fully justified desire, which, if successfully implemented, will bear fruit. Something like this: the continuation of life, the productivity efficiency of the able-bodied population, the birth rate increase, etc. Definitely, this is a good and timely trend in our country - it is gaining momentum.

CHANGING THE HEALTH OF OFFICERS AND WAYS TO IMPROVE IT

Sivashchenko P.P., Petryakin D.N., Silchuk A.M., Mamaeva S.A.

Abstract

In the past few decades, in our country in all spheres of life there have been great changes. The Armed Forces also affected these changes, in which reform began in 2008 on optimizing the size of the RF Armed Forces, developing the social sphere, training personnel, equipping troops with new military equipment, and increasing the intensity of combat training. The psychoemotional burden on officers has especially increased. The picture of the primary incidence of officers in the period before the reform from 2003 to 2008 and during the reform period from 2008 to 2019. for 19 classes it looks quite stable. With an increase in the indicator during the period of reduction of the officer corps after 2008 and an increase in the intensity of military service, the primary incidence of officers increased by 20-30%, and then stabilized at 440-560 ‰. Thus, a systemic shift in the system of medical support for officers, coupled with the intensification of everyday activities, reduced the health status of officers. The triad: obesity, diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis and the associated hypertension and dorsopathy are clearly visible. In this situation, it seems logical to return to the state of affairs when the medical and preventive measures taken by the military medical service allowed the officers to remain healthy for a long time. Based on the current situation, when officers who have received chronic illnesses are forbidden to do regular physical training, just like medical specialists in the troops are forbidden to carry out physical therapy according to new standards, this category of officers can independently engage in hygienic gymnastics, health training, perform exercises from the yoga system to promote health. Officers with limited health can perform this physical activity in the sports halls of military units under the guidance of the chiefs of physical training of the units and under the control of their health by military doctors: monitoring health status is not only forbidden for military medical specialists, but it is their direct responsibility.

Abstract

The article presents the scientific and methodological basis for improving the health-improving physical culture of military personnel. The authors note that the modern military professional activity of the personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation requires new approaches to the organization and conduct of such an important element as physical training, namely, the creation of flexible training systems for different categories of military personnel that ensure their professional longevity. Special attention should be paid to improving physical culture (AFC). This is due to changes in the objective conditions of military service, a low level of health of conscripts, an increase in the number of officers and other categories of military personnel included in the group of dispensary-dynamic monitoring.

PROBLEMS OF EDUCATION OF STUDENTS

Sklyarova I.V., Sevrukov V.V.

Abstract

Staroded A.S., Maidan V.A., Kuznetsov S.M.

Abstract

A physiological and hygienic assessment of the adaptation process to the conditions of the Far North, an analysis of scientific data on the problem of acclimatization to cold exposure, an insufficient level of insolation in the winter, a deficiency of macro- and micronutrients in the diet of athletes were carried out. An analysis of the incidence. An assessment is given of promising methods of correction of the adaptation process. Proposals have been developed for optimizing nutrition and preventing the diseases of athletes. The following diseases are found: 1) Tick-borne encephalitis 2) Within the zones of tundra, taiga, with the exception of Kamchatka and Chukotka, natural foci of tularemia were recorded. 3) Brucellosis diseases are sporadically recorded. 4) Anthrax, tetanus, botulism are rare. Parasitic diseases are represented mainly by helminthic invasions. Nutrition in the North requires scientific justification and correction of physiological norms of food substances, taking into account the specifics of the Arctic, as well as the characteristics of the adaptation of the body of athletes. In this case, it is necessary to take into account the monitoring data of environmental factors and their impact on the functional capabilities of the human body.

METHODS OF FORMATION OF CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE NECESSITY OF SPORTS

Starodubtseva O.M., Sivashenko P.P.

Abstract

The method of forming consciousness is a special way of organized pedagogical activity aimed at solving a specific educational task of forming a certain personal quality. Human health is a socially significant phenomenon, by the level and condition of which they judge the welfare of society. Deterioration of health occurs against a background of low motor activity, inactivity among children and adults in Russia has reached 80%. The essence of the method of forming consciousness in the need to engage in FC and sports is that physical culture should contribute to maintaining and strengthening health, increasing adaptive capabilities. It can be said with certainty that the system of physical education classes that has developed in our country, in fact, of the same type, is largely outdated and weakly forms the need for physical improvement. Educational institutions should have the right to widespread use of various forms of organizing the physical education of pupils and students, taking into account their interests. From the same type, the traditional "assignment", "regulation" should be disposed of in the organization of physical education and health work with students. The need to create “for all people, such living conditions under which everyone will have the opportunity to freely develop their human nature”, which F. Engels wrote about, turned out to be relevant for our time.

Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve objective diagnostic criteria for the relationship of the professional impact of physical overload on the development of polyneuropathies of the upper extremities. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of the effect of physical overload on the state of the vessels of the upper extremities using ultrasound diagnostics. The study was conducted on the basis of the Northwest Scientific Center of Hygiene and Public Health in the period from 2015 to 2019. All patients were aged 44 to 55 years, average age 52 ± 1.3 years, work experience 14.9 ± 2.9 years old. In 36 people (18 men and 18 women), professional polyneuropathy of the upper extremities was revealed due to the influence of physical overloads. For differential diagnosis with no pathology, a control group was composed of 29 people (4 men and 14 women) with a diagnosis of “practically healthy”. The proposed method is intended objective, confirmed by ultrasound methods for the diagnosis of peripheral angioedema of the upper extremities of professional etiology: angioedema syndrome in professional polyneuropathy of the upper extremities due to exposure to physical overload. Using ultrasound of the arteries of the upper extremities, the pulse velocity of blood flow was determined by the ulnar and radial arteries in the distal third of the forearm. As a result, a statistically significant increase in the velocity of blood flow through the ulnar artery was noted. There were no changes in radiation data. The developed method of ultrasound diagnosis of vessels of the upper extremities allows us to find pathognomonic signs for peripheral angioedema of the upper extremities of professional etiology, which can be used in the examination of the connection of existing diseases with a profession related to physical and professional polyneuropathy of the upper extremities, vibration disease associated with the impact of local vibration in the centers professional pathology.

Kuprina N.I., Ulanovskaya E.V., Shilov V.V., Kushnirchuk I.I.

Abstract

The developed method for diagnosing vessels of the upper extremities allows us to find pathognomonic signs for peripheral angioedema of the upper extremities of professional etiology, which can be further used in the examination of the connection of existing diseases with the profession - professional polyneuropathy of the upper extremities, vibration disease associated with local vibration in centers of professional pathology. The presence or absence of stenosis, occlusions, aneurysms is assessed, sites with abnormal blood flow are searched for - since their presence can significantly affect the further interpretation of the examination results on the data of the distal main arteries of the upper extremities. Further, for the same purpose, the axillary artery is examined all along - the patient takes the arm 90 degrees away with the rotation outside, the brachial artery - the arm moves away at 45 degrees with the rotation outside to the point of its bifurcation with the mandatory measurement of vessel diameter in B-mode, TCIM, in the PW mode of speed and spectral indices at the level of its distal third of the shoulder (arterial diameter, intima-media complex thickness, systolic (pulse) blood flow velocity, diastolic blood flow velocity, TAMAX - time-averaged maximum blood flow velocity - time average maximum, RI - resistance index (Purselo index), PI - pulsation index (Gosling index), TAMAX - time average maximum blood flow velocity (time average velocity). The method is accessible and easy to learn, does not require invasive interventions, radiation load on the patient is excluded, with its help it becomes possible to assess changes in the dynamics. Isolation and use in ultrasound examination of certain sections of the arteries in professional peripheral angioedema of the upper horse NOSTA promotes standardization study protocol such patients and receive data, suitable for further comparative statistical processing.

DYNAMICS OF PAIR CORRELATION OF INDICATORS HYPOXIC TEST AT STUDY STAGES

Myznikov I.L., Zhil'cova I.I., Korolyov Y.N.

Abstract

In 42 subjects, the authors demonstrated the use of correlation analysis to study the indicators at the coupled diagnostic stages in an experiment with inhalation of a respiratory mixture with 10% oxygen content at normal atmospheric pressure. Continuous inhalation was carried out for 10 minutes. The assessment presented in this paper of the effect of the hypoxic factor on the basis of the pair correlation coefficients and the dynamics of variability of the indicator sample at the stages of the experiment demonstrates additional possibilities in the study of physiological responses of the person by indirect indicators, including the identification of their time periods, the step dominance of individual control circuits.

STRUCTURAL STUDY OF REACTIONS OF HUMAN BODY TO HYPOXIC TRAINING (APPROACHES TO STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS)

Golubev V.N., Myznikov I.L., Zhil'cova I.I., Korolyov Y.N.

Abstract

The study of the dynamics of various physiological processes sometimes requires the researcher to determine some "transitional" states that allow to identify the presence or absence of changes in the action of controlled factors on the human body. Myznikov I. L. (per com, 2018) proposed to introduce structural analysis into the practice of physiological research. The authors of the article show the possibility of constructing a structural description of physiological processes on the model of the Protocol of inhalation by a gas medium with a low oxygen content. The article presents the decisive rules that allow to evaluate the similarity of inhalation protocols both between different subjects and individually at the stages of the study on the Ryabtsev index. The study of structure itself does not deny the use of other statistical practices. The values of structural differences allow to form more homogeneous groups of subjects, and the severity of structural differences - to talk about the effectiveness of factorial action (eg, hypoxic training). The article presents a new approach to the evaluation of such functional studies, and this approach can be applied to other blocks of logically related indicators recorded in the experiments.

Mamaeva N.A., Selezneva O.V., Ivanov V.V., Borisov D.N.

Abstract

Visualization of information is a powerful tool for conveying thoughts and ideas to the end user, an assistant in the perception and analysis of data, the role of which has especially increased in connection with the active development of information technology. The main modern most commonly used visualization tools are the following: 1. Graphs and charts. 2. Maps and cartograms. 3. Infographics 4. Timeline (time line) 5. Dashboards are the so-called interactive displays on which interconnected indicators are displayed in the form of graphs, charts and tables, the data in which change in accordance with the change in the presented reflected parameters. 6. Tables, schemes. Preparation of electronic visualization tools is always a big, painstaking, but also very useful work that allows you to systematize educational material and present it in a form convenient for students to perceive. Designing a lesson using modern information technology requires compliance with certain didactic principles and scientific and methodological provisions. In order for the used electronic visual aids to achieve the necessary educational goals, in addition to the traditional methodological requirements, it is necessary to observe a number of specific (relating specifically to electronic products) rules for their presentation and design.

DYNAMICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS AT MEDICAL COURSES IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING IN THE ACADEMY

Alekseeva M.S., Marin A.A., Storozhenko I.I.

Abstract

The relevance of the study is associated with a change in the organization of the school day, the regime of work and rest, the nutrition system in the process of training cadets, and consists in the need for a hygienic assessment of the dynamics of the effectiveness of the physical training process, which is allocated about four hundred hours during the training process. In addition, the daily routine provides for active activities, such as daily, except weekends, morning physical exercise, mass sports and independent physical training. However, starting from the 3rd year, physical activity in accordance with the daily routine has been significantly reduced due to the cadets living outside the university. In addition, the food system is changing, which does not provide for an organized visit to the dining room. Therefore, only a soldier with a high level of motivation for his physical fitness, rational nutrition and a healthy lifestyle can positively regulate physical activity in favor of the formation of an optimal level of physical fitness and performance. The listed aspects of military professional activity, therefore, motivate to conduct special studies regarding the effectiveness of the process of physical training among military personnel in the training process.
