  • В случае если статьи из журнала индексируются какими-либо базами данных, в эти базы данных направляется письмо о том, что данная статья была изъята с указанием причин изъятия.
  • Редакция вправе самостоятельно принять решение о дополнительных санкциях – например о внесении авторов в «черный список журнала» на определенный срок, или бессрочно.

    • После принятия решения об отзыве статьи редакция информирует о своем решении ее авторов, указав причину ретракции и ее дату. Статья остается на сайте журнала в составе соответствующего номера, но получает пометку «отозвана» с датой ретракции (пометка ставится поверх текста статьи и в оглавлении номера), а в ближайшем выпуске журнала размещается сообщение о ретракции (Retraction notice). Информацию о ретракции статьи главный редактор журнала также подает во все сетевые библиотеки и базы данных, в которых индексируется журнал.

    Журнал "Гены и клетки" следует рекомендациями COPE (https://publicationethics.org/retraction-guidelines) и использует технологию CrossMark (Crossref) для решения задач по обеспечению целостности и преемственности научной коммуникации в случаях, когда необходимо ретрагирование опубликованной статьи.     Ответственность участников процесса публикации: авторов, редакции, издателя

    Процесс публикации включает множество этапов, каждый из которых играет важную роль. Соответственно, автор публикации, редактор журнала, рецензент, издатель и представитель учредителя журнала, обязаны соблюдать этические нормы на всех этапах публикации, начиная от предоставления статьи и заканчивая ее публикацией в журнале.

    Литературный редактор. Литературный редактор при работе с рукописями, принятыми к печати, опирается на существующие лексические и грамматические нормы, изложенные в соответствующих словарях, монографиях, пособиях.

    Художественный редактор. Художественной редактор при подготовке корректуры статьи руководствуется принятыми в издательстве стандартами, опирающимися на действующие ГОСТы и международные издательские практики.

    Политика журнала в сфере размещения рекламы основана на рекомендациях World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) Recommendations on Publication Ethics Policies for Medical Journals  и Законе РФ «О рекламе».

    1. Журнал получает доход от рекламы, что создает потенциальный конфликт интересов. Во избежание влияния данного обстоятельства на процесс публикации решения редакции не зависят от стоимости рекламы или изготовления репринтов. Рекламодатели и спонсоры не оказывают никакого влияния на решения редакций и редакционных коллегий независимо от условий рекламы или других соглашений.
    2. Все рекламные материалы подлежат утверждению персоналом издательства «Эко-Вектор», которое оставляет за собой право отклонить или отменить любую рекламу в любое время.
    3. Функции и обязанности редакторов и менеджеров по рекламе в журналах издательства «Эко-Вектор» не пересекаются.
    4. В научных публикациях и на веб-сайте журнала запрещено преднамеренное размещение рекламы рядом со статьями, посвященными компании или продукту, которые являются предметом рекламы. Рекламные объявления подлежат согласованию с редакцией и другими сотрудниками издательства «Эко-Вектор». Никакие отдельные соглашения не могут отменить данное правило.

Передавая на рассмотрение рекламные материалы, рекламодатель и рекламное агентство, совместно и по отдельности, соглашаются нести ответственность (в том числе материальную) за любые претензии к издательству «Эко-Вектор», его должностным лицам, агентам и сотрудникам и компенсировать расходы и убытки, понесенные в результате публикации соответствующей рекламы, ее содержания (в том числе соглашаются выступать ответчиками при обвинении в клевете, нарушении конфиденциальности, нарушении авторских прав или плагиате).
    12. В случае любого упоминания издательства «Эко-Вектор», его продуктов или услуг в рекламе, рекламных материалах или товарах со стороны рекламодателя или рекламного агентства необходимо письменное разрешение издательства «Эко-Вектор».
    13. Реклама лекарственных средств и медицинских услуг должна соответствовать требованиям российского законодательства. Рекламодатели должны предоставить издательству «Эко-Вектор» разрешение на продажу и краткое описание характеристик продукта вместе с рекламными материалами. В случае рекламы лекарственных средств патентованные наименования следует сопровождать международными непатентованными или химическими названиями; количество всех активных веществ должно быть указано вместе с рекомендуемой дозировкой. Каждая страница рекламы лекарственных средств, отпускаемых только по рецепту, должна быть четко помечена как предназначенная для специалистов в области здравоохранения.
    14. Реклама товаров, не зарегистрированных на территории Российской Федерации, содержащая какие-либо заявления о пользе для здоровья, должна содержать следующее заявление: «Приведенная информация не проходила проверку и не одобрена Министерством здравоохранения Российской Федерации. Этот продукт не предназначен для диагностики, лечения или профилактики каких-либо заболеваний».
    15. Хотя издательство «Эко-Вектор» приветствует размещение рекламы с большой долей текстового содержания и данных, рекламные объявления не должны быть похожи на научные статьи и рецензируемый контент; баннеры и логотипы рекламодателей должны быть четко различимы, а сам рекламный контент может сопровождаться специальной маркировкой. Все рекламные материалы должны четко и однозначно идентифицировать рекламодателя по товарному знаку и/или подписи.
    16. Репринты опубликованных в этом журнале статей публикуются/распространяются только в том виде, в котором они были изначально опубликованы (включая постпубликационные исправления), поэтому в них не должно быть никаких дополнений или изменений.
    17. Издатель не несет ответственности за случайный или косвенный ущерб из-за ошибок при отображении или печати рекламы.
    18. Опубликованная в журнале реклама не означает, что рекламодатель оказывал спонсорскую поддержку журналу или какое-либо влияние на авторов какой-либо статьи, процесс ее рассмотрения в редакции и редакционное решение о возможности публикации в журнале/на сайте.

Thus, if the manuscript receives negative reviews, and if the editorial board will take the side of reviewers, the manuscript will be rejected. If the reviewers recomend revisions of the manuscript, the final decision on publication will be only after revised manuscript submission and the second round of review.

    The Fast-Track option does not exclude the necessary for correct manuscript formatting. Please ensure that the manuscript corresponds to the formatting guidelines for this journal (you can find them on Author Guidelines page).

    To activate the Fast-Track option, the submitting author should make payment from his/her personal account on the journal\'s website after submitting an article. Если авторы активируют опцию FastTrack, редакция, со своей стороны, гарантирует:

    Редакция не гарантирует принятия положительного решения о публикации в случае использования опции FastTrack - лишь сроки проведения экспертизы и всех редакционных процессов оценки рукописи, включая экстренный внеочередной созыв заседания редакционной коллегии для принятия решения о возможности публикации статьи. Таким образом, если рукопись в ходе рассмотрения рецензентами получит негативные отзывы, а редакционная коллегия примет сторону рецензентов, рукопись будет отклонена. В этом случае условия FastTrack будут считаться выполненными (при условии, если авторы получили ответ в течение 21 дня с момента оплаты). Если рецензенты дадут заключение о необходимости доработки рукописи, итоговое решение редакции будет принято с учетом объема рекомендуемой доработки, но без ожидания повторных рецензий на полученную от авторов доработанную версию рукописи.

    Опция FastTrack не исключает необходимости правильного оформления рукописи и структурирования текста.     Originally conceived as a highly specialized publication, the Journal has now gained an ever wider target audience. If at the beginning of its journey — from September 2005 — the target audience of the journal were biotechnologists, specialists in the field of molecular and cell biology, by now it has expanded with medical practitioners. Such progressive dynamics are absolutely natural — over the last 7-10 years, biomedical technologies have come out of the exotic category, lack of understanding of the inhabitants and mistrust of clinicians have been replaced by interest and awareness of the need to use biotechnology tools in medicine no longer tomorrow, but today.

    The sections of the journal are formulated to fully disclose the target topics of the publication, convey to readers the opinions of leading experts in the field of biomedical technologies on topical issues of concern, acquaint them with the most significant recent foreign and domestic research, materials of thematic conferences, present analytical information on fundamental issues of biomedical technologies trends in the biotech business.

    Опубликованные, по решению авторского коллектива, в формате Open Access в статьи будут доступны без периода эмбарго или каких-либо иных ограничений любому посетителю сайта журнала непосредственно с момента публикации.

    Для покрытия расходов, связанных с организацией открытого доступа (Open Access) к опубликованным материалам, поддержанием работоспособности сайта и эффективным распространением опубликованных статей, издатель журнала взимает плату за публикацию каждой статьи в немедленном открытом доступе. Возможность оплаты публикации статьи в открытом доступе предоставляется авторам ТОЛЬКО ПОСЛЕ направления им уведомления от редакции о принятии статьи к публикации. Таким образом, желание авторов опубликовать статью в открытом доступе не влияет на рассмотрение рукописи, рецензирование и решение редакции о публикации.

    Плата за открытый доступ взимается с авторского коллектива, однако плательщиком (или стороной договора) может быть и организация-работодатель, и фонд, и спонсор, и рекламодатель, и независимое лицо. 

    Издательство убедительно просит авторов статей независимо от выбранного способа оплаты:

    Варианты оплаты

    1. Online через личный кабинет представителя авторского коллектива. Возможность оплаты появляется после получения от редакции уведомления о принятии статьи к публикации. Чтобы провести оплату представителю авторского коллектива необходимо авторизоваться на сайте и в разделе АВТОР личного кабинета в строке с названием соответствующей статьи кликнуть "Оплатить" публикацию. После оплаты представителю авторского коллектива на email придет чек об успешной оплате услуги. Редакция в этот же момент получит уведомление о поступившем платеже. 
    2. По договору с физическим лицом. Представитель авторского коллектива может скачать форму договора или запросить договор у заведующего редакцией в ответном письме на извещение о принятом редакционной коллегией положительном решении о публикации статьи. Форму договора следует заполнить, распечатать и подписать, отсканировать и сохранить в PDF, после чего загрузить в качестве «дополнительного файла» на странице «описание» в досье рукописи в личном кабинете и сообщить об этом заведующему редакцией (редактору), либо направить в личном сообщении заведующему редакцией. 
    3. По договору с юридическим лицом. Представитель авторского коллектива может скачать форму договора или запросить договор у заведующего редакцией в ответном письме на извещение о принятом редакционной коллегией положительном решении о публикации статьи.     The editorial Board notifies the reviewer that the submitted manuscripts are the private property of the authors and belong to the information not being the subject to disclosure.

    Reviewers and members of the editorial Board must respect the copyright, not to enter into public discussion of the submitted work and not to Express their ideas before the manuscript is published.

    Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of manuscripts for their own needs and it is forbidden to give part of the manuscript for review to another person without the permission of the editor-in-chief.

    The rules applicable to the review of the scientific article

    The goal of the review is to promote a strict selection of author’s manuscripts for publication and offer specific recommendations for improvement. The review shall objectively evaluate a scientific article and contain a comprehensive analysis of its scientific and methodological advantages and disadvantages. 

    Requirements for the content review of the scientific article

    The reviewer should:

    1. determine compliance with the material presented in the article, the profile of the journal;
    2. assess the relevance of the content of the article: does the level stated in it modern achievements of science and technology;
    3. assess the significance of the results of research (scientific, practical);
    4. specify how the requirements to registration of article: the volume of the article, annotation in Russian and English languages, the bibliography and references to it in the text, contact information about the authors, etc.;
    5. give a qualitative and/or quantitative evaluation of the adduced material:
    6. evaluate the completeness and accuracy of the data presented;
    7. evaluate the correctness and accuracy of the used (or input) the definitions and wording;
    8. evaluate the literary style of presentation;
    9. give valid conclusions about the article as a whole, the comments, if necessary – recommendations for its improvement.

    The complex of these issues is of a General nature. Each item requires an individual approach to the choice of criteria for its evaluation.

    In the final part reviews the results of the analysis of the article should be given a clear recommendation about its publication in the present form, or about the necessity of refining or processing (with constructive comments), and can be, and the inexpediency of its publication in this journal.

    Редакция уведомляет рецензента о том, что присланные рукописи являются частной собственностью авторов и относятся к сведениям, не подлежащим разглашению.

    Рецензенты и члены редакционной коллегии должны уважать авторские права, не вступать в публичные обсуждения представленной работы и не высказывать свои идеи до того, как рукопись будет опубликована.

    Рецензентам не разрешается снимать копии с рукописей для своих нужд и запрещается отдавать рукописи на рецензирование другому лицу без разрешения главного редактора.

    В рецензии следует отметить следующее:

    Основные принципы рецензирования

    1. Анонимное рецензирование.
      Ни в каком виде и ни в каком поле не следует указывать информацию, позволяющую авторам Вас идентифицировать.
    2. Добровольное рецензирование.
      Если по какой-либо причине Вы не можете дать рецензию на представленную к рассмотрению рукопись - СРАЗУ откажитесь (ШАГ 1). 
    3. Обоснованное мнение. 
      Резюме рецензента является основой для принятия решения о публикации в редакции. Рецензия также будет направлена авторам в составе письма о решении редакции. 
    4. Единообразие.
      Рецензия должна быть заполнена в структурированном виде- в соответствии с формой-шаблоном рецензии (ШАГ 4).
    5. Связь с автором.
      При необходимости задать вопросы автору это следует сделать через текст рукописи. В этом случае можно внести ПРИМЕЧАНИЯ в файл рукописи в тех местах, в отношении которых формулируется вопрос. Файл рукописи с примечаниями следует ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНО К РЕЦЕНЗИИ загрузить на странице протокола рецензирования на ШАГЕ 5. Обратите внимание на то, чтобы в примечаниях не отображалась информация, позволяющая идентифицировать рецензента. Файл рукописи с примечаниями будет направлен автору в составе письма о необходимости доработки.
    6. ИТОГОВОЕ РЕШЕНИЕ.
      Процедура рецензирования (очередной ее этап в отношении определенной рукописи) не будет закончен до тех пор, пока рецензент не завершит необходимые действия на ШАГЕ 6.  
    7. Сроки рассмотрения.
      На рецензию отводится 2 недели с момента отправки письма с запросом. По истечении этого срока рецензенту будет автоматически направлено уведомление о необходимости завершении рецензирования.
    8. Привлечение других рецензентов.
      Для приглашения других рецензентов к оценке представленной рукописи необходимо заполнить соответствующее поле в форме рецензии (ШАГ 4), выбрать "Направить другому рецензенту" или "СМ. комментарии" из выпадающего списка на ШАГЕ 6.
    9. Повторные раунды рецензирования.
      После доработки авторами (если в предыдущей рецензии содержались рекомендации по доработке) рукопись будет повторно направлена на рецензию. Если при повторном рецензировании возникает необходимость внесения дополнительных изменений - рукопись будет прислана на рецензию в третий раз, и так далее. Если после трех раундов доработки (что выясняется на четвертом раунде) авторы не смогли в достаточной степени улучшить текст, чтобы он мог быть рекомендован к публикации, рукопись следует ОТКЛОНИТЬ.

    Основные направления оценки рукописи

    1. Соответствие правилам и требованиям журнала
      Рецензенту необходимо оценить соответствие рукописи требованиям журнала:
      - по формату и структуре текста, качеству иллюстративного материала и его объему
      - наличию необходимых разделов и правильности указанной в каждом из разделов информации
      - соответствию рукописи ЭТИЧЕСКИМ ПРИНЦИПАМ журнала (плагиат, GCP, раскрытие конфликтов интересов) 
    2. Научная ценность
      Рецензенту следует исходить в оценке научной ценности из необходимости дать ответы на вопросы:
      - в чем новизна для МИРОВОГО научного пространства?
      - на сколько АКТУАЛЬНА рукопись для РОССИИ и МИРА?
      - как сильно ВОСТРЕБОВАНА информация рукописи среди потенциальной аудитории читателей? 

    При рецензии следует помнить о том, что:

    Редакция журнала информирует рецензентов, что с 2020 г., согласно действующем регламенту размещения журналов в Russian Science Citation Index, она передает тексты выполненных рецензий в ООО «Научная электронная библиотека» для их размещения вместе с текстами статей на платформе eLIBRARY.RU. Принимая приглашение выполнить рецензию, рецензент выражает свое СОГЛАСИЕ на передачу текстов рецензий, а также на раскрытие своих персональных данных и информации о выполненном рецензировании авторизованным пользователям платформы eLIBRARY.RU, имеющим статус эксперта комиссии по отбору журналов в RSCI. Другие пользователи сайте eLibrary.ru не будут иметь доступ к информации о личностях рецензентов и текстам рецензий. При передаче новых рецензий в журнал с 2020 г. рецензенту необходимо однократно прислать в редакцию оригинал подписанного Согласия на обработку своих персональных данных.

    All the manuscripts submitted for publication in the \'Genes & Cells\' are objects for obligatory evaluation procedure based on peer-review. The peer-review procedure includes the following steps.

    1. General expertise of the manuscripts. Within 5 working days from receipt of the manuscript its initial assessment for compliance with the topic and requirements of the Journal is performed. If any discrepancies with the requirements are found, the author(s) will be notified and given the reasons for the rejection. Articles rejected at this stage are not peer-reviewed.

    2. External and internal peer-review. External peer-review: if the manuscript is considered relevant to the topic of the Journal and its requirements, it is sent for peer-review to several external peer-reviewers. Internal peer-review is performed by the editor-in-chief, deputy editor-in-chief, editorial board members and science editor.
    2.1. The decision on assignment of an external peer-reviewers is made by the editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief.
    2.2. External peer-review is performed by recognized experts of the relevant field. Peer-reviewers shold report the scientific, financial or any other relationship with the potential authors (they stay unknown for peer-reviewers) and editors of the journal. Peer-review performed on a voluntary and gratuitous basis.
    2.3. The manuscript is sent to external reviewers without mentioning authors and their organizations ("double blind" peer-review).
    2.4. Peer-reviewers are informed that manuscripts sent to them are the property of authors and are classified as confidential information. Peer-reviewers must refrain from illegal use (including copying) of the materials sent to them for peer-review.
    2.5. Within 14 days from receipt of the manuscript peer-reviewers should render a reasoned opinion on the possibility of its publication in the present form, and present any claims about the manuscript in writing.

    The peer-review should highlight the consistency of the article content with the topic stated in the title, the consistency of the article with the modern achievements of science and theoretical knowledge, evaluating language, style, arrangement of the material, clarity and informativeness of tables, charts, figures and completeness and correctness of literature citations, and advantages and disadvantages of the article.  The peer-reviewer also should indicate any amendments that should be made by the author.

    Peer-reviewer\'s possible conclusion:

    2.6. In the case of the peer-reviewers and the editor-in-chief approving publication of the manuscript in the journal, the author(s) will be notified via e-mail that the manuscript is being prepared for publication.
    2.7. If the peer-review indicates that corrections to the manuscript are need, the manuscript is returned to the author(s) for revision with the peer-reviews attached and a request to take into account the peer-reviewers’ comments when preparing a revised version of the manuscript. Author(s) must provide responses to all the peer-reviewers’ questions, comments and suggestions. In the case of a disagreement with a peer-reviewer\'s opinion, the author(s) should clearly justify their point of view. The author(s) responses to peer-reviews must be submitted to the editor within 4 weeks from receipt of the peer-reviews. In the case of absence of a response from the author(s) to a peer-review after this time, the manuscript is considered to have been withdrawn by the author(s). Manuscripts revised by author(s) and the responses to a peer-review are sent to peer-reviewers for evaluation.
    2.8. The text of a negative peer-review is sent to the author(s) via e-mail for information.

    3. Evaluation by the editorial board is performed for articles which are being prepared for publication in the next issue of the journal. Editorial Board meetings are held once every 2 months. The editorial board approves the list of articles to be published in the current issue of the Journal. The editorial board has the right to reject externally peer-reviewed articles or to send an article for additional external peer-review. The decision of the editorial board is registered in the record of the meeting.
    4. Final decision on the possibility of manuscript publication is made by the editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief. All manuscripts that receive the approval of the editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief, are sent for copyediting, translation, layout editing, proofreading and publication. The editors reserve the right to edit (including reduction) submitted articles and their titles.
    5. Before publication the layout of the article is sent to corresponding author in *.pdf format by email to proofread for misprints in the text, tables, and figures. Within 48 hours sending the author this e-mail, the author is to send a response to the Journal editor. An authors’ nonresponse is interpreted as acceptance of the sent version of the article.
    6. Reviews are kept in the editorial office for five years.
    7. The editors send the author(s) of submitted manuscripts copies of reviews or a reasoned rejection, and also assure to send copies of reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receiving a relevant request.

    Все рукописи, поступающие в редакцию журнала «Гены и клетки», в обязательном порядке проходят отбор, основанный на научном рецензировании. До публикации допускаются лишь произведения, которые успешно прошли все необходимые этапы отбора. 

    Редакция журнала рассчитывает, что процедура рецензирования поможет:

    Процедура отбора (подробно)

    1. Общая экспертиза статьи. В течение 5 рабочих дней с момента поступления рукописи редакция проводит её первичную оценку на соответствие тематике и требованиям журнала. При выявлении несоответствия установленным правилам автора(ов) извещают об отклонении рукописи с указанием причины. Отклонённые на этом этапе рукописи не рецензируются.

    2. Внешнее и внутреннее рецензирование. Если рукопись признана соответствующей тематике журнала и его требованиям, её направляют на рецензирование специалистам в соответствующей области. Внутреннее рецензирование осуществляют главный редактор, его заместитель, члены редакционной коллегии и научный редактор.

    3. Оценка редакционной коллегией осуществляется в отношении статей, готовящихся к публикации в очередном выпуске журнала. Заседания редакционной коллегии проходят 4 раза в месяц. Редакционная коллегия утверждает перечень статей, подлежащих публикации в текущем номере журнала. Она имеет право отклонить статью, прошедшую внешнее рецензирование, или направить её для проведения дополнительного внешнего рецензирования. Решение редакционной коллегии регистрируется в протоколе заседания.

    4. Окончательное решение о возможности публикации рукописи выносит главный редактор или заместитель главного редактора. Все рукописи, получившие одобрение главного редактора или заместителя главного редактора, направляются на научную и литературную обработку, вёрстку и публикацию. Редакция оставляет за собой право редактирования (в том числе сокращения) присланных статей и их названий.

    5. Перед сдачей номера в печать ответственному автору направляется свёрстанная статья в формате *.pdf для выявления опечаток в тексте, таблицах, рисунках. В течение 48 часов с момента отправки ему письма с приложенной свёрстанной статьей автор должен прислать ответ в редакцию журнала. Отсутствие ответа автора расценивается как согласие с присланным вариантом статьи.

    6. Рецензии хранятся в редакции в течение не менее 5 (пяти) лет. Согласно действующем регламенту размещения журналов в Russian Science Citation Index, редакция журнала передает тексты выполненных рецензий в ООО «Научная электронная библиотека» для их хранения вместе с текстами статей на платформе eLIBRARY.RU.

    7. Редакция направляет авторам представленных материалов копии рецензий или мотивированный отказ, а также обязуется направлять копии рецензий в Министерство образования и науки Российской Федерации при поступлении в редакцию издания соответствующего запроса.

    Не допускаются к публикации:

    Отклонённые статьи после доработки авторами могут быть повторно приняты в редакцию, их рассматривают в общем порядке.

    Контроль качества рецензирования

    В отдельных случаях редколлегия может направить статью на дополнительное рецензирование, в том числе статистическое и методологическое рецензирование.

    All Eco-Vector\'s journals which charge an ASC and/or APC offer a number of waivers for authors with limited means. 

    The fee for paid editorial services can be reduced or voided at the request of any authors team.

    If the author is a member of the editorial board or a reviewer of \'Genes & Cells\', a graduate student, or Ph.D. student, the Eco-Vector Publishing House provides a discount for APC.

With the filled request the author will be able to complete the manuscript submition process without simultaneously paying online.

Мы предлагаем Вам воспользоваться одним из двух подходов к редактированию. Первый основывается на функции Microsoft Word по отслеживанию изменений в документе и требует, чтобы технический редактор, редактор и автор использовали эту программу. Другой подход не зависит от используемого программного обеспечения и позаимствован нами (с разрешением) из Harvard Educational Review. Редакция журнала может изменить эти инструкции и открыта к пожеланиям по улучшению процесса редактирования.

    Подходы к редактированию

    1. Отредактированная версия затем возвращается редактору, который просматривает результат и передает его автору. Редактор и автор оставляют те изменения, с которыми они согласны. Если нужно дополнительное редактирование, редактор и автор могут вносить правки в начальные изменения и дополнения, а так же могут делать новые. Авторы и редакторы должны ответить на все адресованные им вопросы, помещая свои ответы в квадратных скобках. После просмотра текста редактором и автором, технический редактор или корректор сделает второй, окончательный проход по тексту статьи, внося изменения, необходимые для подготовки текста к верстке. 2.     Planning and Teaching Engineering Staff for the Industrial and Economic Complex of the Region

    This big scientific and practical event unites each year the Higher Education Institutions, industrial enterprises and governmental bodies of the region. Its participants discuss the topic of the vital importance – teaching highly qualified engineering staff for the priority branches of industry. The Conference has become one of the main grounds for discussing problems related to engineering staff development in the North West of Russia. Traditionally, the event takes two days, the first day is a plenary session at ETU “LETI”, the second day the meeting is hosted by one of big partner industrial enterprises.
